Position Overview
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Team Leader to oversee daily operations and back office functions, ensuring timely completion of tasks and smooth coordination between teams. This role involves managing both field and office staff, maintaining discipline, and submitting detailed reports to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily functions of field and office personnel.
- Distribute tasks effectively and ensure deadlines are met.
- Track attendance, leaves, and maintain daily work reports.
- Ensure all team members update their tasks via ClickUp or similar tools and submit reports punctually.
- Conduct follow-ups with employees on pending assignments and document submissions.
- Coordinate operations among supervisors, field executives, and office staff for seamless workflow.
- Review daily performance reports and maintain comprehensive employee records.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry, proposal updates, and document handling.
- Oversee activities related to KYC compliance, billing, proposals, and administration.
- Verify submitted work counts and productivity statistics.
- Maintain discipline by enforcing company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Escalate any delays, absenteeism, or performance issues to higher management.
- Maintain effective communication through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other official channels.
- Keep detailed records of employee performance and pending tasks.
- Assist management in planning, reporting, and enhancing operational processes.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Minimum 2 years and up to 5 years experience in operations, administration, team leadership, or back office management.
- Experience in manpower or facility management and service industry is a plus.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with effective follow-up.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Basic familiarity with ClickUp or comparable task tracking software.
- Competent in preparing reports and maintaining proper documentation.
- Analytical problem-solving and sound decision-making skills.
- Organizational and time management skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
