Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Team Leader to join our store in Castlebar, County Mayo, Ireland. As a Team Leader, you will support the Store Manager and be a central figure in creating a positive and productive store environment, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and leave satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations, fostering excellent customer experiences and driving business success.
• Lead by example to demonstrate outstanding customer service and embody the company's values.
• Motivate and inspire team members, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally.
• Maintain open and effective communication within the team to promote a positive and inclusive culture.
• Oversee store performance metrics and maintain smooth operations, stepping in confidently when the Store Manager is absent.
