Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Solutions Consulting team, serving as a hands-on player-coach and the primary consultant on sales opportunities.
• Manage hiring and oversee consultants across various industries, geographies, and customer types.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, security, and product teams to align strategies and deliver impact.
• Maintain strong communications, ensuring client needs are fully understood and addressed in the pre-sales process.
• Travel up to 50% during peak periods to engage with stakeholders and support sales initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal skills alongside diligent follow-up practices.
• Proven team player comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to shifting demands.
• Strong intellectual curiosity with a passion for learning and growth related to technology and customer engagement.
• Experienced in selling to accounts with advanced pre-sales or sales engineering teams.
• Domain expertise in at least three of the following areas: SaaS, mobile technologies, APIs, marketing automation, direct marketing, marketing analytics, and programming (e.g., HTML).
