Position Overview
The Team Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient daily operations by managing and synchronizing the team's activities. This role demands delegation of tasks, monitoring of team performance, and fostering seamless communication among team members. The coordinator will also facilitate training support, oversee documentation through report maintenance, address common issues promptly, and contribute towards meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate daily functions and workflows within the team.
- Allocate tasks effectively to team members based on priority and capability.
- Track and assess individual and collective performance metrics.
- Act as a liaison to maintain open and clear communication lines within the team.
- Provide assistance in training initiatives to enhance team skills and knowledge.
