Role Overview
This position is for a customer-oriented Tax Support Expert who can provide functional assistance for taxation software products. The role is focused on helping users resolve tax compliance queries and issues related to filing and software usage.
Work Location
This is a work-from-home opportunity based out of Jaipur, India.
Experience Required
Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in tax return filing, and articleship experience will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to Income Tax, TDS, GST, and other tax compliance matters.
- Support users in filing tax returns and troubleshooting software-related problems through phone and remote assistance.
Required Skills
- Practical experience in tax return preparation and filing.
- Solid understanding of direct taxation and indirect taxation, including Income Tax, TDS, and GST.
- Customer support capability with a strong approach to resolving issues.

Any graduate can apply for this role.
Compensation
The offered salary package is INR 3,50,000 to INR 4,50,000 per year.
