Overview
Muthoot Finance Ltd, headquartered in Bangalore, is actively expanding its Talent Acquisition team in various locations including Kochi. This role offers the chance to join a leading BFSI organization with responsibilities spanning recruitment, employee retention, HR operations, and strategic HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit talent via multiple sourcing methods such as campus hiring, job fairs, lateral hiring, and employee referrals.
- Evaluate candidate profiles to ensure role suitability and facilitate interview coordination with hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation packages effectively to maximize conversion rates from offer to joining.
- Identify and reach out to competitors' talent for strategic recruitment efforts.
- Keep regional employee attrition below 5% by conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback to enhance retention programs.
- Ensure completion and monitoring of all employee performance scorecards within the region.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, grievance resolution, and promotions coordination.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive workplace culture and carry out regular feedback sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date competitor data to support strategic HR planning and implementation of corporate HR initiatives regionally.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Any graduate; postgraduate qualifications in HR or related fields preferred.
- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience primarily in talent acquisition and human resources management.
- Experience preferred in sales and BFSI sector recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes including employee relations, performance management, rewards, and learning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Compensation
Salary is competitive and dependent on experience and role fit:
- HR Executive positions up to 5,00,000 INR per annum.
- Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition positions up to 10,00,000 INR per annum.

- Multiple positions available across numerous locations pan-India, including Kochi and other major cities.
