Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in assisting Hiring Managers to attract and identify superior candidates through proactive sourcing and headhunting efforts. Your role will include managing initial candidate assessments, compiling qualified shortlists, and facilitating the recruitment process to ensure positions are filled promptly and effectively.
Primary Duties
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and various platforms to source and headhunt potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and prepare well-curated shortlists.
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines aligned with organizational needs.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to meet recruitment timelines and requirements.
- Coordinate with Recruitment Administrators and the HR team to streamline hiring processes.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and generate reports using Applicant Tracking Systems.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess 2 to 4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within construction consultancy, engineering, project management, or related fields.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workable.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Experienced in headhunting, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates effectively.
- Proven capacity to build and nurture talent pipelines while partnering effectively with Hiring Managers.
- Possession of CIPD certification or membership is advantageous but not essential.
