Role Overview
This position handles the full talent acquisition process, from manpower requisition and candidate screening through hiring and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to keep recruitment moving on time, ensure HR policy compliance, and support a smooth and positive employee journey.
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment workflow, starting with requisition approval and job description finalisation, and continuing through sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination with hiring managers.
- Handle job postings, keep recruitment pipelines and trackers updated, carry out reference checks, and prepare salary recommendations that reflect internal pay alignment and market standards.
- Prepare and release employment offers and contracts, ensuring all hiring documents are accurate, compliant, and completed without delay.
Pre-Employment and Onboarding
- Run the full pre-employment process, including employee profile setup, document checks, medical-related requirements, and work pass or professional licence applications when needed.
- Organise onboarding paperwork, confirm reporting arrangements, and coordinate with IT, Facilities, and Payroll so new hires are ready to start smoothly.
- Lead Day 1 onboarding, orientation, and induction activities, ensure onboarding materials are issued, and maintain complete and compliant personnel files.
Process Improvement and Projects
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and employee lifecycle processes so service quality and efficiency continue to improve.
- Support HR projects and take on additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related area; IHRP certification is also relevant.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in recruitment and HR operations, ideally covering the full employee lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of hiring practices, employment laws, and HR administration procedures.
- Hands-on experience using HR platforms and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Careful attention to detail, discretion, and strong organisational ability.
- Comfortable handling several priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment.
