Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner is a critical role at Cobalt Service Partners, focused on sourcing exemplary Technicians and Sales/Accounting professionals for our partner companies. This position not only fills jobs but also champions our vibrant culture and plays a key part in shaping the company's future growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment to rapidly hire Technicians specializing in Doors & Security systems.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through comprehensive networking and creative sourcing approaches across various roles.
• Own end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating job posts, interviews, and offers to ensure seamless candidate experience.
• Partner with department leads to refine job descriptions, clarify role requirements, and define hiring criteria.
• Collaborate within the recruitment team to innovate strategies and support each other's growth.
• Maintain compliance by staying informed on employment legislation and best hiring practices.
• Adapt responsibilities as needed, including occasional travel to support recruitment initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Strong insight into role specifications and expert candidate screening techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Expertise in developing creative sourcing strategies tailored to diverse hiring needs.
• Self-motivated with proactive initiative and ability to create urgency.
• Efficient task and time management, delivering results under deadlines.
• Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment laws and adherence to compliance standards.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (preferably Greenhouse) and proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive compensation package combining base salary and commission, targeting an on-target earnings (OTE) range between $85,000-$100,000 per year, dependent on experience.
