Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner focusing on General & Administrative (G&A) and Corporate Operations recruitment for a rapidly growing US defense technology firm. This pioneering organization develops advanced robotic weapon systems enhanced by AI and machine learning for national security and defense modernization. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing fundamental corporate departments including Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Facilities to support seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as an embedded recruiter within the client’s organization, representing a forefront defense robotics company as an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Focus on sourcing and hiring top-tier G&A operational professionals such as Finance Managers, HR Generalists, Legal Counsels, Executive Assistants, and Facilities Managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interview schedules, and lead negotiation processes.
- Conduct in-depth candidate sourcing using platforms such as LinkedIn, professional networks, and specialized corporate talent pools.
- Collaborate directly with client external stakeholders, executives, and department heads based in Austin and Alexandria.
- Work alongside internal creative teams and account managers to enhance candidate attraction strategies.
- Maintain an engaging and enjoyable recruitment process for all involved.
