Position Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a remote contract role with Pinnacle Partners, Inc. This position focuses on managing full recruitment cycles for sales roles within the sports medicine and upper extremity trauma sector. The role involves handling multiple requisitions, sourcing candidates, and collaborating extensively with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales positions related to sports medicine and upper extremity trauma.
• Manage initially 6 to 8 open positions, with the potential to expand up to 12 to 16 active requisitions.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, resume assessments, phone interviews, interview scheduling, and guide the hiring process through to offer acceptance.
• Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize recruitment tools such as SuccessFactors, LinkedIn, Phenom, and Indeed to identify qualified candidates.
• Negotiate job offers and ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the process.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Proven ability to collaborate directly with hiring managers as a dependable recruitment partner.
• Strong talent sourcing capabilities via LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Able to juggle multiple requisitions and shift priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
• A positive, flexible, and proactive mindset.
