Overview
This is a high-impact Talent Acquisition Partner role designed for a commercially focused recruiter. You will collaborate closely with leaders in a key business unit, operating primarily on a hybrid work model requiring at least two days per week onsite, located in Sydney, Melbourne, or Parramatta. The position is a 6-month fixed-term contract working full-time during AEST hours.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for selected managers, including job briefing, strategy formulation, talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
- Actively identify and attract candidates who meet QBE’s needs.
- Create a personalized and positive experience for candidates and stakeholders, fostering a strong employee value proposition.
- Promote and support diversity and inclusion to attract talent representing the diverse communities served.
- Identify and escalate recruitment and sourcing challenges to enhance continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a recruiter or candidate manager within in-house teams, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), or agency settings.
- Experience handling fast-paced, high-volume recruitment functions.
- Strong communication skills capable of building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for teamwork and innovation.
- Ability to think creatively, manage time efficiently, and deliver under tight deadlines.
