Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Associate role supports hiring goals by managing recruitment end-to-end for assigned roles, particularly entry- and mid-level positions. The position works closely with hiring managers and the People team to attract quality candidates, ensure a smooth hiring process, and contribute to employer branding and talent pipeline development. Additionally, the associate helps improve recruitment efficiency and the overall talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle for designated positions, utilizing best practices and processes to meet hiring targets.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs, develop strategies, and provide regular hiring updates.
  • Source, assess, and progress qualified applicants while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
  • Handle offer preparation, approval coordination, and facilitate candidate acceptance with hiring and People leadership.
  • Organize interview logistics, background checks, and pre-employment steps to enable smooth hiring workflows.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and data compliance within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Support recruitment operations through reporting and onboarding coordination.
  • Contribute to employer branding through campaigns, social media, career events, and networking activities.
  • Develop and nurture talent pipelines via proactive sourcing, referrals, and community outreach.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in recruitment projects, staying updated on industry trends and recruiting technologies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • Between 1 and 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related HR functions.
  • Proficiency managing full-cycle recruitment and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation to build solid relationships and enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to protect confidential information.
  • Self-motivated with adaptability and a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.
  • Basic knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing methods, employment regulations, and talent acquisition workflows.
  • Experience leveraging AI-driven recruiting or sourcing tools is advantageous.
