Supply Chain Manager

Position Overview

This contract role for a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialist offers $40 to $50 per hour for remote work. The engagement requires a commitment of 10 to 40 hours weekly and focuses on enhancing supply chain workflows and documentation accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Review logistics documents ensuring authenticity, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards.
• Create annotated sample documents to represent best practices within logistics and supply chain management.
• Assess existing supply chain procedures and recommend enhancements based on practical insights.
• Provide detailed evaluations focusing on document structures and optimization of logistics processes.
• Engage with project teams to clarify technical requirements and articulate complex logistics concepts clearly.
• Contribute to quality assurance by verifying the validity and accuracy of supply chain datasets.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated substantial experience in logistics and supply chain management, especially with packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Deep understanding of logistics workflows, documentation protocols, and international supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical logistics concepts fluently in English.
• Strong attention to detail for reviewing and creating precise supply chain documents.
• Proven analytical capability to identify and develop process improvements within logistics.
• A master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline is advantageous.
