Key Responsibilities

• Manage intra-day transportation capacity by monitoring numerous dashboards and handling multiple change requests from partner teams daily.
• Implement requested modifications within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) ensuring precision and completeness.
• Adapt to flexible work schedules including night shifts and weekends as required.
• Collect and interpret supply chain data to support operational goals.
• Develop innovative, automated solutions to facilitate business growth despite constraints.
• Accelerate process enhancements by identifying and leveraging existing tools and automation technologies.
• Integrate best practices from global geographies or companies to minimize supply chain inefficiencies end-to-end.
• Utilize problem-solving skills and effective communication to influence diverse business, operations, and technical stakeholders.
• Apply data-driven analytical approaches to advance operational effectiveness and contribute to organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience handling extensive data sets to enhance performance and streamline processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including macros, index functions, conditional lists, arrays, pivots, and lookup operations.
• Ability to employ key financial performance indicators (KPIs) in data analyses.

Preferred Skills

• Background in e-commerce or retail industries.
• Experience crafting and conveying communications to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python scripting languages.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies.
