Overview
We are seeking professionals with quantitative expertise to support the training of advanced AI models. This position involves working intimately with cutting-edge AI systems to assess the quality of AI-generated quantitative analyses, resolve technical challenges, and provide detailed feedback that influences how these models approach data, scientific inquiries, and complex quantitative problems. Candidates could come from diverse quantitative backgrounds such as data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, operations research, or related fields. The role is flexible to be combined with other employment or pursued as a primary occupation.

Key Responsibilities
- Review AI-produced quantitative outputs such as statistical data analysis, predictive models, and scientific evaluations for correctness and applicability
- Create and solve quantitative tasks used to train and benchmark AI in areas like forecasting, experimental setups, optimization, and inferential statistics
- Develop precise technical documentation and maintain well-structured analytic code
- Offer constructive feedback that guides the development of AI models specialized in quantitative reasoning
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of practical experience in quantitative roles or research areas including but not limited to data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, and operations research
- Proficient coding skills with the ability to write and analyze analytical code thoroughly
- Hands-on expertise with statistical techniques, predictive analytics, and experimental design such as A/B testing, hypothesis evaluation, regression analysis, classification, and time-series forecasting
- Fluent English communication skills with strong emphasis on written proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative disciplines (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.) is preferred; advanced degrees (Master's, PhD) are advantageous
- Additional relevant credentials (e.g., Kaggle rankings, AWS/GCP ML certifications) are beneficial
