In this 12-month contract role based in Auckland, you will report to the Customer Service Manager and act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external customers. The position involves supporting order placement, amendments, returns and cancellations, while helping maintain a high standard of service and operational coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Handle consumer questions and feedback in a polite, professional, and timely way.
- Track enquiries through to resolution, ensuring both the business and customers are satisfied with the outcome.
- Manage promotional and pricing claim processing.
- Carry out order entry and order administration tasks.
- Work closely with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, freight partners, and warehouse suppliers.
- Prepare reports and review contact data for patterns and trends.
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external working relationships through responsive service and product/promotion knowledge.
- Raise hazards and accidents using the correct reporting channels.
