Job Summary
We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee our assembly workforce. The ideal candidate should demonstrate intelligence, diligence, and a capacity for quick learning along with a practical understanding of engineering principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise assembly line workers efficiently.
- Provide hands-on training to workforce to improve their skills.
- Assess and monitor the work speed and productivity of each worker.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong practical skills relevant to electrical assembly operations.
- Hardworking with a proactive approach towards problem-solving.
- General engineering knowledge and quick learning ability.
