Job Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled Supervisor to join our Belfast outlet, playing a pivotal role in the ongoing success of the store. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this role involves managing a team of Sales Advisors, driving sales performance, and contributing to the overall expansion of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the leadership group in enhancing the store's commercial success and boosting overall performance.
• Recognize opportunities aligned with market trends to improve business results.
• Assist in executing strategic plans aimed at meeting departmental objectives.
• Analyze performance data and key indicators to inform commercial decisions.
• Lead and manage your department, inspiring and developing your team through coaching and training.
• Collaborate closely with Store Management, acting on input to reach targets and deadlines.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance to company policies.
• Utilize business communication platforms to delegate tasks and ensure team awareness of essential functions.
• Support monitoring store-level KPIs including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
• Manage wage controls weekly, addressing issues promptly and appropriately.
• Ensure accurate stock management through audits and uphold visual merchandising standards.

Candidate Profile

We seek a proactive retail professional passionate about premium fashion and customer service excellence. The ideal candidate demonstrates calmness under pressure, swift problem-solving capabilities, strong communication skills, and takes pride in representing the brand with professionalism and a polished appearance.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least one year of experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, preferably in supervising or managing teams.
• Proven ability to motivate and support team members in a dynamic retail environment.
• Consistent track record in meeting sales targets and delivering results.
• Good understanding of product knowledge including brands, trends, and materials.
• Familiarity with retail operations such as merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills fostering positive stakeholder relations.

• Annual salary of £31,450.
