About the Role

Wolverine Worldwide, a global leader in branded footwear, apparel, and accessories spanning around 200 countries, is seeking a dedicated Supervisor for its Sweaty Betty brand in Oxford. The role focuses on supporting store operations and ensuring excellent customer service in alignment with company values.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in comprehensive store management tasks including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and keeping the store clean and well-maintained.
• Lead by example with a positive attitude and in-depth product knowledge, serving as a role model for team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing genuine service that leaves a lasting positive impression.
• Drive store sales targets and support local marketing initiatives as an ambassador for the brand.
• Complete additional tasks as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Ensure adherence to company policies including health and safety standards and inventory procedures.
• Manage stock and implement visual merchandising standards to meet store performance goals.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven track record of retail sales achievement.
• Experience in customer-facing roles; supervisory experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced retail setting.
• Availability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for the Sweaty Betty brand and its associated lifestyle.
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent educational certification.
