Role Overview

This on-site, full-time Structural Engineer position based in Magdeburg requires responsibility for structural analysis and design of buildings and infrastructure. Duties include preparing detailed calculations, ensuring adherence to relevant codes and standards, developing and reviewing CAD drawings, collaborating with civil engineers, architects, and other key stakeholders, supporting project documentation, and participating in design reviews. The role also involves assisting with technical problem resolution during construction phases and contributing to quality control of engineering outputs.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in structural and civil engineering related to designing and coordinating building and infrastructure projects
• Strong skills in structural analysis and calculations to evaluate loads, material behavior, and structural performance
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software for creating and modifying engineering drawings and models
• A degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable building codes, standards, and safety regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities with strong attention to accuracy and detail
