Key Responsibilities

• Design, lead and implement firm-wide strategic and transformation projects, converting executive-level vision into concrete action plans and roadmaps.
• Conduct detailed strategic analyses to inform senior leadership decisions, identify opportunities for growth, and challenge existing business models.
• Collaborate closely with Business Unit leaders to develop and align their strategic priorities with the overall firm objectives.
• Build and sustain influential relationships with senior partners and C-suite executives, representing and advocating project interests effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and operational effectiveness, promoting new ways of working that enhance efficiency and impact.

Candidate Profile

• Proven history as a Senior Manager or equivalent in leading strategic projects within top-tier consulting or professional services firms.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills to break down complex organizational challenges and develop innovative, practical solutions.
• High analytical capability to interpret large datasets and deliver substantiated strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated executive presence with experience managing expectations and engagement at senior levels.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, including the facilitation of workshops and presentations to senior leadership.
• Deep understanding of emerging technologies, especially Generative AI, and their impact on professional services.

Additional Information

This role is situated in Dublin and operates on a hybrid basis, requiring approximately three days per week in the office. The salary starts competitively at €82,500 per annum, with adjustments based on experience and expertise.
