About the Role
Join the Next Digital Group as a Strategy Consultant and contribute to complex transformation projects for corporations, medium-sized businesses, and public sector organizations. Collaborate with seasoned consultants to devise strategies, analyze intricate challenges, and develop solutions that make a lasting impact for our clients.
This position is designed for driven individuals eager to learn, strong in analysis, and aiming to excel as top-tier strategy consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex issues and jointly develop well-founded strategies and concepts with your project team.
- Independently manage work packages within demanding transformation projects.
- Support and progressively take on more responsibility in workshops and client meetings.
- Conduct data analysis, research trends, and produce reliable decision-making foundations.
- Contribute actively to the ongoing development of the Next Digital Group.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completed university degree, preferably with a master's and excellent academic results.
- Some practical experience in strategy consulting, boutique consultancies, in-house consulting, or similar environments.
- Passion for strategy, transformation, and both economic and technological trends.
- Strong analytical abilities, organized work style, and keen willingness to learn.
- Proactive attitude, sense of responsibility, and strong teamwork skills.
- Confident presentation skills and enjoyment in translating complex content clearly.

Compensation
Annual salary ranges from 55000 to 66000 EUR, reflecting a performance-based pay structure.
