Overview

This position is a contract opportunity for approximately 3 months within a pioneering AI SaaS company, operating fully remotely with preference for East Coast time zone alignment. The role involves supporting strategic sourcing across General & Administrative (G&A) departments such as Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and Facilities. The analyst will manage the entire purchase request lifecycle including SaaS contracts, contingent labor, benefits, and operational procurements, collaborating closely with various internal stakeholders and partners across procurement, legal, security, and finance teams.

Key Duties

  • Lead sourcing and procurement cycles for new acquisitions, renewals, expansions, and vendor transitions with an emphasis on G&A and Finance categories.
  • Oversee deal progress, ensuring timely coordination and follow-ups among stakeholders including Facilities, Security, Business Owners, Finance, and vendors.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with attention to pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and statements of work (SOWs) in partnership with Finance, Facilities, and Security.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiating terms covering pricing, licensing, privacy, security, and commercial protections.
  • Maintain financial oversight by ensuring accurate cost tracking, contract compliance, and smooth approval and payment workflows.
  • Drive strategic cost management to identify savings and improve sourcing efficiencies.
  • Support formal RFP/RFQ processes including vendor evaluation, stakeholder engagement, scorecard preparation, and executive summary recommendations.
  • Provide assistance across multiple procurement categories as required.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 to 10 years of experience in procurement with specialization in strategic sourcing for G&A, Finance, and Facilities within the technology sector.
  • Strong expertise in procurement analysis, SOX compliance, cost management, and strategic planning in high-tech environments.
  • Proven history managing and analyzing financial, G&A, and facilities contracts in a technology company setting.
  • Deep understanding of procurement best practices, negotiations, and supplier management relevant to the high-tech industry.
  • Ability to independently manage workload with minimal supervision and quickly integrate into fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with ZIP software is advantageous.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Demonstrates agility and resilience in fast-moving workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing and proactive approach to stakeholder and client engagement.
