Role Overview
We are seeking a Strategic Project Lead to join a global technology firm on a full-time remote basis. This position entails steering cross-functional projects that integrate technological developments with overarching business goals, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives while managing relationships with stakeholders across international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement project plans for major initiatives, aligning them with company-wide strategy.
- Guide cross-departmental teams to deliver scalable, on-budget, and timely solutions.
- Proactively identify project risks and develop contingency strategies to mitigate them.
- Work closely with senior management to convert business requirements into clear project specifications.
- Track project performance using relevant KPIs and refine approaches based on analytical insights.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience leading strategic technology or data infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
- Strong analytical capabilities to decipher complex business and technical data.
- Excellent communication skills suitable for engaging stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Proven experience coordinating remote teams distributed across multiple time zones.
