Strategic Performance & Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Performance and Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Strategy Department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in strategic planning, corporate performance management, comprehensive data analysis, and business intelligence to aid informed decision-making and enhance efficiency throughout the company and its multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a robust system of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Balanced Scorecards.
• Track performance across departments and branches, investigating any deviations from targets.
• Assist in the formulation and follow-up of strategic and operational plans.
• Generate regular organizational performance reports for executive leadership, committees, and the Board of Directors.
• Develop executive-level presentations reflecting strategic outcomes and initiative results.

• Aggregate data from diverse platforms, ensuring its quality and accuracy.
• Design and implement dynamic interactive dashboards to visualize data insights.
• Interpret data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations supporting decision processes.
• Automate reporting processes and enhance efficiency in data gathering and report generation.
• Conduct benchmarking and analyze comparative performance across company branches and units.
• Support building and maintaining databases related to organizational metrics.

• Contribute to developing digital tools and platforms that enhance organizational performance management.
• Assess various departmental analytics needs, translating them into actionable reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Utilize artificial intelligence and automation technologies to augment reporting and data analysis capabilities.
• Support digital transformation initiatives connected with performance measurement and management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in strategic planning, organizational performance management, business intelligence, data or business analysis.
• Certified KPI Professional (CKP) or Certified KPI Practitioner certification.
• Proven experience in creating strategic plans or monitoring their execution.
• Expertise in developing and managing KPIs and Balanced Scorecards.
• Experience preparing detailed reports and executive presentations for senior management and boards.
• Strong ability to convert data into meaningful strategic insights driving decisions.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both oral and written, with skills to deliver polished reports and presentations in both languages.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI tools.
• Good command of databases and SQL querying.
• Experience with digital platforms and enterprise performance management systems, leveraging technology to optimize monitoring and reporting.
• Preference for candidates with experience in multi-branch organizations or the education sector.

Preferred Credentials

• Balanced Scorecard Professional certification (BSP).
• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification.
• Professional qualifications in Business Analysis or Business Intelligence.
• Experience working with ERP systems and enterprise performance management platforms.
