Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service consistently.
Prepare and serve food and beverages that meet precise customer preferences efficiently and safely.
Coach and mentor team members to effectively prioritize tasks and excel in their roles.
Manage inventory by ordering, merchandising, rotating, and ensuring product availability.
Maintain cleanliness in store areas, including the kitchen and dining spaces.

Qualifications

Capability to multitask and perform physical activities including repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 20 pounds; supporting coworkers to lift weights up to 40 pounds.
Minimum age of 18 years; however, Virginia state laws require supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks.

Additional Information

Earn an additional $1.50 per hour for shifts between 10 PM and 6 AM.
