adidas is hiring a full-time Store Supervisor (3IC) for its AKL BCS Sylvia Park location in Auckland. Role responsibilities
You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day leadership of the store team. The position focuses on team performance, customer experience, and store standards.
- Lead, motivate, and support the team to meet KPIs, sales goals, and high customer service standards
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation in line with adidas standards
- Deliver staff training and coaching to improve KPI performance
Preferred background
Experience in retail leadership, especially in men’s or women’s apparel or sports footwear, will be viewed positively. Exposure to visual merchandising is also an advantage.
