Role Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for leading the operations and team performance of one of the Qatar stores. The role goes beyond store administration: you will also be highly involved in customer interactions and expected to build genuine relationships with shoppers. Understanding each customer’s preferences in detail will help you recommend the products that best suit their needs, while ensuring every visitor feels valued, whether they are making a purchase or simply browsing.

Store Operations and Sales

  • Oversee the full day-to-day running of the store, including opening and closing routines, staffing coordination, and floor supervision.
  • Take ownership of the store’s daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
  • Manage the sales floor actively to improve conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction.
  • Keep stock levels in order, ensure pricing is correct, and maintain proper stock handling procedures inside the store.
  • Uphold visual merchandising, store standards, and the overall presentation of the outlet at all times.
  • Track stock movements at store level, conduct counts, and maintain the required documentation.
  • Apply strong loss-prevention controls throughout the store.
  • Review stock mismatches, investigate issues, and submit reports as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience managing retail stores in Qatar, preferably in luxury, watches, or jewelry.
