Work Schedule and Location

• Minimum commitment of 40 hours per week
• Availability required throughout a seven-day workweek
• Flexible shift scheduling, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary to support business needs

Role Overview - Store Manager

As a Store Manager, you will lead initiatives to meet the store's goals, contributing directly to our mission and company excellence. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will oversee operational execution, customer engagement, team leadership, and overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales metrics and take appropriate measures to enhance store performance.
• Manage daily store operations to hit revenue targets while controlling budget and expenses.
• Apply strong business insight to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
• Consistently achieve and surpass sales objectives.
• Promote an exceptional customer experience by embodying brand values and educating customers on sustainability.
• Lead the sales floor team to provide outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Support and coach team members in real-time for continuous performance enhancement.
• Optimize staff scheduling to balance sales and service needs while meeting payroll goals.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Ensure inventory accuracy and enforce stock controls by training and guiding the team.
• Implement loss prevention practices and provide training on these measures to the staff.
• Maintain store appearance through effective facility upkeep and merchandising standards.
• Manage visual merchandising and product placement using sales data to enhance customer experience and business productivity.
• Offer feedback to corporate teams on product and sales trends to influence inventory and allocation decisions.
• Develop and maintain talent within visual and digital merchandising areas.
• Drive the recruitment, training, and professional growth of store employees.
• Deliver performance evaluations, development plans, and administer disciplinary or corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director for ongoing improvements in store culture and employee engagement through activations and communication.

Candidate Qualifications

• At least 5 years of retail industry experience.
• Minimum 4 years in a retail management role.
• Exposure to sales-driven or operationally focused retail environments.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, collaborative team settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse individuals.
• Motivation for continuous growth personally and within the team.
• Skill in setting clear goals and inspiring team performance.
• Expertise in operational efficiency, adherence to organizational processes, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Capability to work cross-functionally to achieve shared business outcomes.
• Proactive mindset with strong prioritization and entrepreneurial initiative.
• Keen eye for business opportunity identification and evaluation.
• Understanding of retail labor laws.
• Experience with GSuite is advantageous.

Compensation

The expected base salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $125,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. This package is supplemented by benefits, perks, and growth opportunities.
