Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you will be tasked with inspiring and motivating a large team, fostering leadership development through coaching, and leading by example. The role requires managing store operations effectively, focusing on team and customer experience alongside business performance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Developing a strong succession plan for staff within your store, area, or region to support future leadership growth.
• Ensuring the store environment maintains safety compliance and operational standards.
• Utilizing data insights and metrics related to team performance, customer experience, and store results to guide decision-making instead of relying on intuition.
