Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Store Manager to oversee operations at the Black Pepper store located in Orewa, Auckland. This role involves managing daily store activities, leading sales initiatives, ensuring outstanding customer experiences, and guiding a committed team. Responsibilities include inventory management, maintaining visual merchandising excellence, and ensuring a pleasant shopping environment. The position requires working Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and inspire a team to meet sales objectives while providing superior customer service.
- Manage everyday store functions efficiently and smoothly.
- Handle inventory control including restocking and organization.
- Create monthly employee schedules, keeping labor costs within budget.
- Ensure the store maintains attractive and effective visual merchandising standards.
