Job Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions and fuel sales accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and work areas.
• Stock shelves and assist with inventory management.
• Perform food preparation ensuring compliance with food safety standards, including making coffee.
• Deliver excellent customer service, fostering positive interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Enthusiasm for exceeding customer expectations consistently.
• Commitment to upholding a safe, clean, and customer-ready environment.
• Competence in cash handling and operating fuel transaction systems.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation and service.
• Capacity to multitask effectively, including physical tasks like bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Compensation

Hourly wage ranges from $17.00 to $22.78. This range reflects 7-Eleven's good faith estimate and may vary. Payroll and benefits are governed as per company policies and applicable laws.
