Role Overview

The Store Crew position is an entry-level role with flexible scheduling designed to fit your lifestyle. Responsibilities include cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, and stocking. Some roles involve food preparation and ensuring food safety compliance. Beyond these duties, team camaraderie and enjoyable customer interactions make this a rewarding experience. While previous experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or foodservice is beneficial, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient customer service including cash and fuel transaction handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards to keep the store customer-ready at all times.
• Prepare and present food items safely and appealingly, including making popular beverages like coffee.
• Promote and explain the store's rewards loyalty program to customers.
• Adhere to established food safety and health code regulations.
• Perform tasks requiring standing, bending, reaching, and lifting items up to 50 pounds as needed.
