Stocking 1 Team Associate

Position Overview

The role of the Stocking 1 Team Associate centers on delivering outstanding customer service through efficient stocking activities. This individual is responsible for accurately stocking picked items and new products while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. As part of a collaborative team, the associate plans and executes tasks strategically based on store workload and operational requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Greeting customers warmly and assisting with their needs by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, aiding in purchase decisions, addressing concerns, and escalating issues when necessary.
• Assessing and managing workload for assigned store sections.
• Signing merchandise accurately to maintain inventory records.
• Maintaining correct shelf layouts and addressing any capacity or modular discrepancies.
• Handling merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process effectively.
• Utilizing appropriate fixtures, supplies, and tools required to perform the tasks safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace by following company policies and procedures, including safety sweep logs and securing displays and fixtures.
• Preparing the backroom area in readiness for stock unloading activities.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position begins at $17.75.

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
