Stock Unloader Associate (Canada)

Position Overview

Being a Stock Unloader Associate at Walmart Canada offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in the retail sector. This role involves supporting the unloading of trailers, managing merchandise processing, and transporting pallets to the salesfloor, all while ensuring a safe, clean workspace and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and reset the Receiving Area for incoming shipments
• Unload and organize merchandise from trailers
• Carry out live unloading for all leftover merchandise efficiently
• Maintain the cold chain protocols for refrigerated and frozen goods during receiving and stocking
• Transport pallets of merchandise to the salesfloor for overnight processing
• Assist with stocking the salesfloor as directed and provide customer support when necessary
• Label and arrange overstock merchandise appropriately
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies by keeping the work environment hazard-free, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures

Compensation

The starting minimum wage for this position is $15.50 per hour.
