Stewarding Supervisor

Role overview

Dubai Golf is hiring an experienced Stewarding Supervisor for the Kitchen Operations team at Yas Acres Golf & Country Club in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized back-of-house environment while supporting smooth kitchen operations.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate the stewarding team’s day-to-day work.
• Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas clean and sanitary at all times.
• Oversee the washing, storage, and correct handling of utensils, equipment, and other kitchen tools.
• Ensure work practices follow food safety, HACCP, and health compliance requirements.
• Plan stewarding shifts and assign tasks efficiently across the team.
• Support control of cleaning materials and stewarding equipment inventory.
• Assist the kitchen team during busy service periods and special occasions.
• Coach, guide, and encourage staff to maintain strong performance.

Requirements

• Prior experience working as a Stewarding Supervisor in a hotel, restaurant, golf club, or similar hospitality setting.
• Solid understanding of kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Proven ability to manage people and lead a team effectively.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.

Additional information

This position is based at Yas Acres Golf & Country Club, Abu Dhabi. Preference will be given to candidates who are already in the local market and can join without delay.
