Compensation

The hourly wage ranges from $16.00 to $22.00, with starting pay determined by your experience, skills, and relevant factors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the dining room for operational service by arranging spaces accordingly.
• Set up dining areas ensuring cleanliness of the restaurant and all equipment.
• Vacuum dining areas regularly to maintain cleanliness.
• Iron tablecloths to uphold presentation standards.
• Set tables following prescribed standards and crumb chairs to maintain tidiness.
• Keep common areas clean and perform routine deep-cleaning tasks as delegated by management.
• Rearrange tables and chairs to suit required configurations.
• Maintain the aesthetic appearance of the dining space.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members and management.
• Basic mathematical understanding.
• Capability to exercise sound judgment and make informed decisions aligned with company objectives.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds.
• Capacity to stand for long periods during shifts.
• Proficiency in safely operating a company vehicle or golf cart.
• Work primarily within Dining Room, Bar, and Kitchen areas; occasional outdoor duties in varying weather conditions.

Additional Information

Flexibility is required to work during weekends and holidays as needed.
