Role Overview
The Specialist, Talent Acquisition will handle end-to-end recruiting with a strong focus on non-exempt and high-volume positions. The role centers on finding, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates while working closely with hiring managers and HR partners to help build effective teams and deliver a strong candidate journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple sourcing channels and recruiting tools.
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines, including outreach through recruitment marketing and social media.
- Keep candidates informed and supported throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Conduct screening and use behavioral interview methods and assessment tools to evaluate candidates.
- Encourage internal mobility and support hiring practices that strengthen diversity in the workforce.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- At least 1 year of experience with sourcing methods such as Boolean search.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, CRM tools, and Excel.
- Working knowledge of employment regulations, including OFCCP guidelines for fair hiring.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience with Oracle ATS or a comparable system preferred.
Compensation Note
The pay range is intended to reflect expected compensation at the time of posting, but final pay may differ depending on experience, skills, education, location, and internal equity.
