Role Overview

We invite a motivated and dynamic Specialist in Project Management to act as the primary liaison between Presight and its clientele. This role demands managing all customer interactions through adept account and project management alongside comprehensive product insight.

Responsibilities

• Clearly understand and fulfill client requirements, ensuring timely and effective final deliveries.
• Maintain the main contact point to build trusted advisory connections with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors by grasping business necessities and technical challenges.
• Apply project management techniques to outline milestones and timelines, setting expectations before project commencement.
• Oversee initiatives to enhance customer retention, drive sales, generate revenue, and manage projects.
• Maintain operational integrity of solution environments focusing on optimized cost-efficiency, security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Lead customers through the process of adopting Presight’s solutions actively.
• Collaborate with clients to develop reporting structures, schedule activities, set guidelines, and define success metrics.
• Control project schedules, milestones, migration objectives, and transformation plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Leverage technical knowledge to steer technical dialogues related to incidents, compromises, and risk evaluation.
• Provide comprehensive analyses post-service interruptions, including metrics, launch planning, post-sales support, and consultancy.
• Resolve customer issues promptly following established escalation protocols.
• Adhere to organizational policies on Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance, and Governance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, solution/product delivery, or corporate governance within IT services or analytics technology sectors.
• Expert understanding of regulations, political processes, and engagement specific to the public sector.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, and formal PMBOK training are highly preferred.
• This position is open exclusively to UAE Nationals.
