Role Overview

The Spa & Recreation Manager is entrusted with overseeing all operations related to the spa, wellness, fitness, and recreational facilities within the hotel environment. The role demands ensuring exceptional guest experiences, optimizing financial results, and maintaining strict adherence to the hotel's Integrated Management System standards, including ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for environmental management, and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across spa, fitness center, pool, and recreational amenities to ensure smooth functionality.
• Maintain the highest standards of service, hygiene, and treatment quality for all guest offerings.
• Develop and enforce comprehensive standard operating procedures for all spa and recreational services.
• Guarantee that facilities, equipment, and amenities are consistently maintained in optimal condition.
• Drive guest satisfaction by upholding superior service levels and professionally addressing feedback and complaints.
• Innovate spa and recreational programs by incorporating guest insights and market trend analysis.
• Lead, recruit, train, and schedule the spa and recreation team, emphasizing compliance with IMS, FSMS, health and safety, and emergency protocols.
• Conduct performance reviews and promote continuous professional development and a motivated workplace culture.
• Manage budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and report generation for the department.
• Oversee revenue streams, implement cost control measures, and strive to maximize profitability.
• Direct inventory oversight, supplier communication, and stock management procedures.
• Ensure accuracy in billing operations, cash handling, and all administrative duties within the department.
