Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist spa visitors, managing check-in and registration procedures effectively.
• Manage guest bookings by responding promptly to phone calls and emails, handling reservations, and addressing inquiries while coordinating internally with team members for seamless communication.
• Provide essential administrative aid including maintaining records, filing, sorting mail, taking accurate notes, composing correspondence, and assisting spa management with routine office tasks.
