The SOLO Sales and Business Development Department of Bank of Georgia announces an opening for the position of SOLO Banker in Batumi.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in identifying and analyzing demands for banking products and services among existing SOLO customers in the portfolio.
- Provide consultations to SOLO customers, offering products and services aligned with their identified needs and objectives.
- Maintain and periodically update the database of SOLO customers in the portfolio.
- Develop the portfolio of SOLO customers according to set goals.
- Prepare periodic reports for the manager regarding task completion.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Higher education is required, preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business Administration.
Work Experience: Preferred 2 years of banking experience, particularly in credit (retail or business).
- Fluent Georgian language skills; knowledge of English and/or Russian (both written and verbal) is desirable.
- Proficient user of office software, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and logical thinking with quick reasoning ability.
- Effective time management skills.
- Customer-oriented with excellent service skills including politeness, willingness to assist customers, attention to detail, and proper referral capabilities.
Working Conditions and Benefits
- Full-time work schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00.
