Software Developer

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled full-stack Software Developer to advance MCTResto, an AI-driven automation solution for restaurants currently serving four active clients. This role involves developing and delivering new functionalities across backend, frontend, and integration layers with technologies including Python, Next.js, Supabase, and Make.com.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the MCTResto CRM dashboard using Supabase and Next.js, enabling restaurant owners to monitor leads, bookings, and orders seamlessly.
• Expand existing catering automation workflows from Aroma to additional clients and diverse processes involving Google Forms, Sheets, Make.com, and Gmail.
• Incorporate Twilio services to support voice, SMS, and missed-call-to-text features pending toll-free number approval.
• Own the delivery of features end-to-end, encompassing API design, database schema creation, frontend interfaces, and deployment on platforms such as Railway, Netlify, and Vercel.
• Produce clean, maintainable, production-quality code primarily in TypeScript and Python.
• Collaborate closely with the AI Architect to integrate Claude-powered agents into the product.
• Assist in onboarding new restaurant clients and convert unique solutions into scalable, repeatable templates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience developing and launching production web applications.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and Next.js, including App Router, Server Components, and API routes.
• Proficient in Python, ideally with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Postgres and Supabase or comparable Backend-as-a-Service platforms like Firebase.
• Competent in REST API design, use of webhooks, and third-party integrations including Twilio, Stripe, and Google APIs.
• Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, and cloud deployment on Railway, Vercel, or Netlify.
• Product-focused mindset capable of translating ambiguous client requirements into functional software features.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with automation tools such as Make.com, n8n, or Zapier.
• Knowledge of Twilio voice and SMS capabilities, including managing toll-free number verification.
• Exposure to Large Language Model APIs like Claude or OpenAI and agent pattern implementations.
• Background working with small business or SMB SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with TailwindCSS, shadcn/ui, and React Server Components.

Location & Employment

This is a full-time position based in Bothell, Washington with hybrid work options or fully remote within the United States.
