Role Overview

As a Software Business Analyst, you will be engaged in multiple projects simultaneously, predominantly collaborating with high-tech firms creating advanced software solutions using modern technologies. You will also participate in the process improvement team focused on enhancing Arcanys' operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in applications development environments, including a minimum of 5 years specifically as a business analyst; the remaining experience may be in software development, quality assurance, or other technical roles.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in eliciting, analyzing, and drafting user requirements considered advantageous.
• Familiarity with Agile development methods is favorable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflicts and build relationships across both IT and business teams.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
