As the brand expands its digital footprint, it is hiring a creative, results-oriented Social Media Manager to strengthen brand visibility, community growth, and content performance.
Experience Required
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media marketing
- Background handling EdTech or finance-focused brands
- Demonstrated success in growing online communities
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta advertising/marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement social media strategies aimed at growth
- Oversee content publishing across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and X
- Prepare monthly content calendars and campaign plans
- Work closely with the design and content teams on a daily basis
- Drive audience engagement through active community management
- Monitor performance data and improve content results through analytics
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong ability to interpret data, trends, and audience behavior
- Working knowledge of finance, investing, and capital markets
- Solid command over social media strategy and content scheduling
- Comfort using Canva, Figma, and collaborating on visual assets
- Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta platform tools
- Exposure to AI tools and basic video editing workflows
