Role overview

Scottish Rugby is seeking a creative, insight-led Social Media Manager to develop and grow Glasgow Warriors’ owned social channels. This role focuses on producing compelling digital content, using audience data to guide decisions, and building stronger relationships with supporters.

What you will do

• Oversee the day-to-day running of Glasgow Warriors’ social media accounts, making sure content is prompt, relevant, engaging, and aligned with club objectives.
• Develop, plan, and publish imaginative digital content that expands audience reach and deepens fan engagement.
• Analyse audience behaviour and content performance to inform strategy and raise channel effectiveness.
• Track new social trends, spot content ideas, and find fresh ways to connect with supporters.
• Capture and share match coverage, club updates, and important season moments that help tell the Glasgow Warriors story.
