About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and creative Social Media Manager to join our Bangalore office. This position is crucial in engaging and captivating our Cult community and other Curefit brand followers by producing innovative content and immersive experiences that reinforce our lifestyle brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute experiential marketing campaigns that generate memorable interactions with our brand.
- Create and implement impactful social media strategies tailored to our community’s interests.
- Develop compelling content that highlights our community and effectively narrates our brand story.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with members, enhancing their sense of connection and enthusiasm.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on community engagement metrics to refine marketing approaches.
- Collaborate with a diverse gig team including designers, copywriters, videographers, editors, and operations executives to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in community or social marketing, ideally within the lifestyle sector.
- Exceptional creative and visionary thinking skills capable of producing unique and viral campaigns.
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing ecosystems, including identifying and partnering with creators and agencies for cost-efficient campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities that facilitate strong audience connections.
- Data-savvy approach to analyzing and improving community interaction strategies.
- Passion for health, wellness, and fostering vibrant communities.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-moving work environment.
