About Warp
Warp is an AI-native Employee Management Platform designed for progressive companies. Its comprehensive platform includes HRIS, payroll, IT, benefits, tax compliance, and more, all developed on a foundational AI-native architecture from the outset. The company handles over $500 million in payroll annually, with plans to grow to $2 billion. Unlike traditional providers that profit from complexity, Warp leverages advances in large language models to stay ahead with AI as a core operator.
Warp values individuals who consistently deliver results, take ownership, and prioritize quality. The team works on-site five days a week to benefit from rapid collaboration and proximity. Their mission is to build a solution that automates an entire category of essential work rather than a mere point solution. Backed by over $85 million from leading investors and built by talent from MIT, Ramp, Brex, Google, Dropbox, and Apple, Warp is scaling rapidly in New York City.
