Role Overview

Z Gallerie is hiring a Social Media Manager to shape and grow the brand’s presence across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Facebook. This role combines content planning, community building, and performance review to translate the brand’s visual identity into engaging social content. You will partner with the Los Angeles creative team and coordinate with colleagues in China to maintain a consistent global social media voice that supports marketing objectives and strengthens customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and run a social media content calendar, producing compelling posts, short-form videos, Reels, and Stories that highlight products and lifestyle inspiration.
  • Handle daily community engagement by replying to comments and direct messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Track performance data such as reach, engagement, and conversions, then use those insights to improve content and reporting.
  • Work closely with the Brand Creative Director, Graphic Designer, and China-based teams to align social output with product launches and campaign timelines.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related discipline is required.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience managing social media, preferably for home, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrated success in increasing followers and engagement across social channels.
  • Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Facebook algorithms, along with common social media management tools.
